I understand that your wedding day is a celebration of your love and individuality. I believe that getting to know you is an integral part of my service. Your style, vision, quirks and values, etc. these are all things that I can use to create a one-of-a-kind cake design that truly represents who you are as a couple. The process of designing your cake should be fun and enjoyable. My role in working collaboratively with you is to make this part of your day (and the run up to it) stress free.
At its core Victoria Sponge is a reflection of me. I strongly believe in the importance of celebrating love and community for all people. Equality and diversity is what makes our world rich and bountiful, creating edible works of art to celebrate your individual love story is a privilege I will never take for granted.
As a small business owner, it is important to me to utilise my skillset to support, uplift and empower others where I can. I regularly work with local schools to advise and guide children in making career choices, giving them an insight into the world of entrepreneurship. A cause so so important to me is supporting women and children who have endured domestic violence, proceeds from my sample and taster boxes (available on my shop page) are donated to Refuge every month. In the future I would love to be able to use my business to train and employ affected women in aiding them to rebuild their lives.
